Carrie Lupoli is a certified nutritionist, speaker, educator, and award-winning behavior specialist. She founded Disruptive Nutrition and Diet Disruptors to empower families to achieve optimal health through the science of blood sugar stabilization and behavior change. She also co-founded PFC3, a health and wellness brand dedicated to certifying and supporting other health professionals, improving workplace wellness, and delivering personalized nutrition solutions.
Carrie has been featured on TODAY Show, ABC, NBC, Fox, and other media outlets, and was recently a TEDx speaker in South Africa. She holds two master’s degrees and is a board-certified Nutritionist and Health Coach through the International Board of Nutrition and Fitness Coaching, as well as a founding board member of the International Coaching Academy of Nutrition.
